Thriving partnerships and effective leadership in Sheffield are important for all of us who live and work in this fabulous city. This 1-day event is led by Dr Jeanne Hardacre, Dr Duncan Ross and Juliet Brown of Impact4 - a Sheffield-based specialist leadership consultancy focused on how effective leadership, teamwork and partnership can enhance performance, outcomes and impact. You will experience a dynamic, high impact, experiential learning event, in which we create a real organisational system in the room. During the morning, we'll experience typical power dynamics and we'll uncover why partnership is often really tricky. We'll work together to create new types of partnership and learn to lead in more empowering ways. In the afternoon, we'll apply our learning to our own contexts and partnerships in Sheffield. This event is being run on a non-profit basis by Impact4 as part of the Worldwide Week of Partnership (sponsored by Power & Systems Inc). Throughout the week, qualified facilitators around the world will be running high-impact events based on the work of Barry Oshry for groups in their local communities. We want to offer the experience across Sheffield to energise innovative leadership and cross-sector partnership in the city. The nominal charge is to cover venue and refreshments only. More details.
