The event will be for 3rd and 4th year students enrolled in the Bachelor of Management program. When Cultures Meet will be promoted as a way to introduce students to how the amalgamation of work units, departments, and separate organisations need to consider the unique contributions that each culture brings to the table and how a new culture can be created that will serve the interests of all parties.

The partnership with PCSS is long and complicated and has resulted challenges over the years. The partnership agreement is under review and the two organizations are shifting to a different partnership agreement. The WCM is a perfect workshop for this group as they go through this organizational change and to help them through the transition. PCSS will be inviting their NVRC partners to join them in participating in this workshop.
